What happens within the JW organisation?

hey guys.

i don't know if you guys all know (depends how big this website is) that i have some jw friends.

i'm interested in their belief (luckily no desire to belief it :p) because it's kind of a mystery what really happens in a jw organisation.

Hey, thank you for your response and putting some time in it :). Well yeah that's true but i take the easy way out. One question that comes up to my mind is: My friends (non-JW) say if somebody was een JW before and he leaves the organisation his family will never visit them.

But I asked some JW friends about it: they didn't respond clearly and said, if someone was a bad example would you still visit him. That depends on the situation actually but it's very different when somebody uses drugs or just leaves his faith

I don't know if you guys all know (depends how big this website is) that I have some JW friends. I'm interested in their belief (luckily no desire to belief it :p) because it's kind of a mystery what REALLY happens in a JW organisation. So I have 2 questions for ex-JW's:

- What are the things that happen in a JW org.?

- What are your personal experiences (if you want to tell)?

Thanks a lot, i just want to hear the truth and not speculations on the internet and friends.

Grandpa died, they didn't say anything

my grandpa died recently, for a reason i told my jw friends about it.

and they literally didn't say anything about it at moved on to another subject like nothing happened.

Thanks bro it does mean a lot to me :)... You are absolutely right about that, it's a part of life and we need to talk about those feelings. lil question, are these guys on here mostly JW or not?

i have read the site with great interest over the last few weeks.

some interesting stuff thats for sure.. i have left the jehovah's witnesses (was almost going to say the 'truth') for some time now.

i was one of the lucky ones that was baptised then faded, no humiliating disfellowshipping but nonetheless was very hard to get myself out.

My grandpa died recently, for a reason i told my JW friends about it. And they LITERALLY didn't say anything about it at moved on to another subject like nothing happened. I didn't expect to say something from the quran or whatever book, just some stay strong or something and even that they didn't tell me.

Why are they so rude sometimes?

Hahaha nice joke, i get it to hear those jokes a lot :p. Haha yes they kind of are, but it still feel weird because i have another religion i can't play with them?

I mean now i feel really discriminated for once, not from the native people in my city but from religious "good" guys.

Thanks for the quick reaction :). Now i get it, but it seems so weird from all the sudden their JW friends act strange... What can i say to them (my friends), i can't be rude because their feelings will get hurt.

I, as a muslim, play with two other muslim play together soccer with JW friends (we play against other JW's). Really nice guys! But today I got a message today that I couldn't participate to a new game after a week because the other JW's only wanted to play with JW's (we never played against them). Why is this?

There never happened something wrong, and we don't even talk religion that often and always in a respectful manner...

I'm shocked
